Meditation For Healthy

Now, too many problems what people have in their live. Problems in job, society, love and so on. And sometime, that problems is not finding the solution, makes the brain in confusion, stress and can't enjoying the days. That right, isn't it?
But don't worry. If that's happened to you, you can try to free your brain with meditation.

What is meditation?
Meditation is an activity what according public have the spiritual character for a special purpose with use the body in special position, special idea, special respiration, so that will wrap up the soul by indirect.

Meditation can do anyplace, anywhere. But it's better do at the place where the situation is desolate. You can do it by sit with crossed legs or to lie down.
Close your eyes. Arrange your respiration 'till created a regular respiration and focus your brain to one positive idea. Most important in meditation, your vertebra must straight with your crown of head.

If you do it well and in regular time, you will feel too many benefits of meditation. It's can rest the body, smooth the blood's circulate, makes fresh the brain and makes the psyche's potency in higher level.
Besides that, meditation also can cured some disease like headache, toothache, stomachache, influence and so on.

Memang betul dengan apa yang telah anda tulis mengenai manfaat meditasi. Saya telah menjalankan hidup bermeditasi selama 6 tahun ini di mana hasil meditasi itu sendiri sangat menunjang bagi kesehatan fisik dan rokhani saya. Sehat jasmani jelas saya dapatkan melalui meditasi kundalini reiki.Naah kalau Anda belum bisa mempraktekkan meditasi tidak apa, praktek saja relaksasi dulu setiap mempunyai permasalahan.
